Dr. Jones was born in Camrose, Alberta Canada to Dr. AC Jones and Dr. Doreen Jones.  Both parents are Chiropractors that were taught by the founders of Chiropractic at Palmer University of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.  Dr. Jones did five years of university studies in Canada then came to the United States to finish his education with the Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer University of Chiropractic.   After graduating from Palmer in 1989, Dr. Jones practiced in Dixon, Illinois.  In 1993 Dr. Jones moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico to practice and has practiced there since. 


In 2001 Dr. Jones and Dr. Aaron Kaufman opened their first integrative clinic.  This initial clinic has evolved into the now present clinic, Southwest Integrative Medicine Clinic.


Dr. Jones is presently the Chair of the Board of Trustees for the University of Western States, the District 6 Governor for the American Chiropractic Association and the Past President for the New Mexico Chiropractic Association.

Advanced Practice Certified

This certification is a post doctoral degree in advanced practice.  It is a registry of Chiropractors that have continued their education so they can do advance procedures such as injections and they have a specific pharmaceutical  formulary which enhances their ability to treat their patients.

Adjustments: Palmer trained, Diversified, Activator, Thompson, A.K., Gonstead, Sacrocranial, Extremity

Applied Kinesiology: A.K. is a diagnostic and clinical technique reserved for physicians to help diagnose and treat chronic diseases.

Nutrition & Lifestyle: Counseling in nutrition and lifestyles with relation to preventative medicine and chronic disease.

Physical Therapy Modalities: The incorporation of physical therapy modalities such as exercise, ultra sound, electrical muscle stimulation, miro-current, traction, heat & ice

Trigger Point Injections: This type of injections helps to resolve referral pain patterns due to acute and chronic muscle injury.

Prolo Therapy: This type of injection utilizes a natural solution to help stimulate ligament and tendon growth.  This therapy is utilized on acute or chronic unstable joints.
